It’s the system…


James Clear said it best…
You don’t rise to the level of your goals, you fall to the level of your systems.
Have you ever walked into a gas station only to be bombarded by “snacks.”
“Snacks” by definition is literally to avoid hunger.
Yet, when you lean into a level of hunger you typically think and process more clearly.


So why is it that “snacks” are a thing?


Better yet…
Ever feel severe brain fog after lunch?
That’s because you’ve loaded your body with
carbs and your bodies response is to spike and then crash…
On the flip side, if you portion control and eat strategically
you become more disciplined and that brain fog typically dissipates…
As Americans, we operate at a tenth of the capacity because
of the foods we consume and the timing of those foods.


Solution: Find a community that can serve you in two way..

1. Controlled eating (this does not mean taking away your favorite foods)
2. A community that pushes you to exercise w/
intensity a minimum of 3x per week.
